return to the cold side of the city
So, if I hadn't when I last posted, i've now officially started college. I like my classes so far, though some of the students seem ... I don't know, a little immature? But I guess people are just immature and I forgot about it since I took last year off.
So, to answer your questions:
I don't have a major yet.
I'm taking intro to media production, intro to mass communications, composition, French, Freshman Seminar (mine's "Troubling Truths: Narrating Pathology.") and university 101.
Like i said, I like them so far.
Adjusting to living alone is ... weird. I mean, I've lived alone before, and when I was at home, it wasn't like I saw my family all the time. I guess the issue is that until I started school, I had spent every night this year with Charles, minus maybe 5 or 10. I feel like such a dorky twelve year old, but I really miss him.
But anyway, you know I wouldn't make a post without content, so here's something.
Somehow, I've got new portraits of charles and I. I've needed a new "standard" picture of myself since I shaved my head; most of the pictures of me have long hair, and I don't anymore. So, on the occasion of facebook, I did a new portrait of myself.
Also, I mentioned to Charles that an E. Thomas was teaching my Intro to Media Productions class, and it turns out he was C-man's teacher too. Charles told me to tell him hi, and I wanted to show E. a picture of Charles to spark his memory since his name is about the most common name in the world. Also, E. told us that you shouldn't take a picture of someone with their fist directly under their chin, to put it to the side of their face. So, that's how the picture of charles came about.
Anyway, new portraits. Remember, just because I have mad internet skills doesn't mean I'm attractive. And of course you can't get the full Charles experience without the flamboyant attitude... But here goes!

crunch, crunch, crunch.
I must admit. I really love Granola cereal.
And the award for Most Unreliable Internet and Cable Service "Provider" goes to:
CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS!
Can you believe the guy had the nerve to come out here, tell us everything was fixed, leave quickly, and then have us find out everything is NOT fixed? We pay $40 a month for more than 12 channels, ass.
Annyway, here is the photo post to end all photo posts.
You may have noticed I've been totally lazy and have hardly made any real photo posts lately. I'm making a massive one here, because this one is too important to leave these pictures sitting on my hard drive.
THE HOUSE ON THE ROCK!

And 149 other pictures.
The House On The Rock is the most amazing place I've ever seen in the world (though I've only left the US around 5 times) and I really think (and C-man agrees with me on this) that everyone should see it before they die.
So go, check out the pictures.
