Hello and welcome to newDrizzle:

This layout is very similar to the old-new one, but now it's prettier (I think). Also I didn't give in and use tables this time, though I came very close to breaking down and going back to them. They're old friends, and you really could do a lot of cool stuff with CSS and tables. Alas, I wanted to prove to myself (and to all reading this, because I'm sure you care) that I could do it, and I did. Not perfectly, sure, but I think it's OK.
Updates:

Feb. 17, 2011: New front page. Not particularly exciting, pretty lame actually considering how much time I wasted spent putting it together.
Feb. 7, 2011: New portfolio pages: ART. Watercolor, acrylic, pen, ink, your mom, etc.
Jan. 3, 2011: What the fluff? - this site is a work in progress. Technically, so am I.
Other Things:

Why do I have a website, again? I think I wanted to impress people on the web, but somehow now I am getting strangers from "the real world" involved. ...huh? What's the point of the internet if you can interact with people "in real life"?
At any rate, here's some stuff. Fairly old, but somehow still relevant.

the French experience
the House on the Rock
Finally: breathe deeply.
